Digital products and personalized outputs
These offers may include downloadable products, software, personalized reports, plans, drafts, or access to an interactive working session. The specific offer page controls what is included, the price, and whether access is one-time or recurring.
Use and ownership
You may use, edit, and publish personalized outputs created for you, subject to your own review and any rights belonging to third parties. Downloadable templates and software use the license stated on their offer page or in the delivered materials. You may not resell or redistribute an original template or software product as a competing starter product unless its license expressly allows that use.
Payments and delivery
Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout says otherwise. Access instructions or saved result links are delivered through the product flow or by email. Generation and delivery can take time after submission or payment. You are responsible for supplying a valid email and accurate source material.
Refunds
The refund or guarantee terms shown on the offer page apply to that purchase. If delivery fails or you believe the delivered product does not match the offer, contact tim@modernagencysales.com with the email used to buy it. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Authority Snapshot and $5 CMO Game Plan
After payment and email-verified sign-in, the five-chapter audit opens immediately. The score and 20-slot plan appear after all five answers are evaluated. Your Snapshot remains Post 1 and four additional drafts appear progressively as generation completes.
One resumable Content Working Session is included. It uses new stories or proof to repair only the affected first-five drafts. Further copy edits remain available through the included light editor; unlimited done-for-you rewrites are not included.

Request a refund within seven calendar days if you cannot access the paid product or the core score, plan, and five-draft package still cannot be produced after support has had a reasonable opportunity to retry the failed stage. A preferred business outcome or subjective copy preference is not guaranteed once the deliverables are accessible. This does not limit non-excludable legal rights.
Claimed paid artifacts remain available in your Maestro workspace without Blueprint Activation and can be exported at any time. Expiring session and email links control secure access; they do not silently delete the underlying result. Product data is retained until you request deletion, close the account, or the service is retired, subject to records we must keep for fraud prevention, accounting, or law.
No guaranteed business outcome
No offer guarantees revenue, leads, audience growth, publication performance, or a similar business outcome. Scores, recommendations, and AI-assisted drafts depend on the evidence and context available. You remain responsible for checking facts, permissions, claims, and final copy before acting on or publishing an output.
